Lifting weights can be intimidating especially when you don't know where to start or how to use the equipment. Join us for a four week series on how to lift properly no matter your abilities or current level of fitness. We will be focusing on how to use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and various banded exercises.
We know that as women age they begin to lose 3-8% of their muscle each decade. We also know that the key to health and longevity is directly linked to maintaining and build your muscle mass.
