Welcome to OPEX Regina, I'm Jenny!

 

When you work with me you get the opportunity to lift heavy and find out what your body is truly capable of. We will sit down together a take a good look at what your lifestyle looks like now then build a plan to start building to a place where you can enjoy working on your strength and see how it applies to your day to day. 

 

I love working with women who want to push themselves, learn how to lift properly, and want to better understand how functional strength can improve their experience in their body from age 30 to age 60. 

 

No matter what your experience level is, I want to help you find ways to improve your life through weight lifting. Let's explore how building muscle will improve your day to day without making it overwhelming.

I have been working with Jenny since November 2022 and my initial goal was to get back into a routine and improve my functional movement. Since then I have become so much stronger, fit and have incorporated a full lifestyle change, not just a routine. This is due to Jenny’s knowledge, experience and her positive “can do” attitude! She created interesting workouts that allowed me to improve my upper body strength, flexibility and balance. She accommodates my preferences for specific exercises while being creative with exercises I am not fond of…burpees! I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone who would like to improve or maintain their fitness, modify exercises to meet their needs and who want to love working out again.
