These delicious chocolate chip peanut butter cookie dough protein bites are the perfect snack and will give you 8 grams of protein. They are ready in less than 10 minutes and fix your cookie craving. You can keep them in the freezer for up to 3 weeks. Enjoy!

Makes: 16 energy bites
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cup oat flour
-1/4 cup coconut flour
-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
-pinch of sea salt
-1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 cup natural peanut butter
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1 tbsp water
Directions:
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour, protein powder and salt then set aside.
2. In a second bowl, mix the peanut butter with the maple syrup. Whisk in the vanilla extract and pour into the dry mixture. Mix very well until fully incorporated.
3. If batter is too thick, add a half tablespoon of water at a time, until a thick batter is formed. Stir in mini chocolate chips and combine.
4. Form into balls of about 1 tablespoon and store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
