There is nothing better than actually enjoying your vegetables! These carrots are sweet treat and an easy way to eat more veggies during the week. This recipe serves four.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Baby Carrots
2 tbsp. Liquid Honey
2 tsp. Olive Oil
A pinch of Salt
A pinch of Pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Coat the carrots well. Arrange in a single layer on parchment covered baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until tender but crisp.
