Our Story
Understanding your body and its unique needs through perimenopause and menopause can be overwhelming. The information and studies available are limited and finding good resources can be difficult now that social media has taken over the world of information.
Our women's health coaches have taken this guesswork out of your search. We are Kinesiology graduates who have specialized in the study and ongoing education of women's health. Our expertise comes from over a decade of experience working with women combined with an ongoing education in women's health studies.
Your journey through this transitional phase of life should be one filled with curiosity, compassion, and an understanding of how to support your body's unique needs. Our coaches build you a resistance training/cardiovascular health program, educate you on nutritional support, and design a lifestyle plan for you.
